Digital Card Manufacturing - The concept for this new technology is to print variable and static information on the card at the same time.

Imagine printing variable information (including barcodes and photos if applicable) onto both sides of the core material simultaneously, then laminating the card to protect the variable information!

Note that this is not your traditional toner-based process, but actually an ink applied 4 color process system. Hence, your variable information can be printed in any screen build PMS color and your 4 color process images can printed with 200 line screens (photo quality).

Oh, by the way, normal production time for printing, laminating and personalizing is only 7-10 work days!

Prismatic Image (Like 3D) Cards - The concept for this new technology is to present a member card that almost comes to life right before your eyes... and at a reasonable price!

While this should not be confused with "Animation Cards" that simulate motion through light refraction ("lenticular"), these cards are specially offset primed with a prismatic effect and are considerably less expensive.

No special artwork is required... regular desk top publishing designs can be transformed into lifelike membership cards.
