Q. Does MCO produce more than just membership cards or phone cards?
A. Yes, we produce everything from letterhead to envelopes to 4 color brochures and continuous forms. We probably should have named the company "Membership Cards and Lots of Other Stuff." MCO often produces full direct mail packages from start to finish including all material, data processing, personalization and lettershop (inserting and mailing).

Q. Do plastic cards really work on a laser printer (like an HP5)?
A. Yes, our engineers have developed several laser plastic materials that are heat resistant, accept laser toner, and perform well in a hot laser environment. We produce millions of cards that work excellently on most cut sheet and continuous laser printers.

Q. What is the minimum quantity I can order?
A. It depends on the product you need. For example, our 7 mil laser compatible cards have a minimum of 2,500 cards, but you can order as few as one hundred 30 mil hard plastic cards (like your VISA card)... other cards such as clean release cards have larger minimums.

Q. What is the typical production time MCO needs to produce a card?
A. It depends on the product... some cards can be produced in 24 hours while others require 4-5 weeks due to production complexities. In any case, MCO can expedite the process to meet your needs.

Q. Can MCO provide design services?
A. Yes, MCO can design anything including cards, brochures, envelopes, etc.

Q. If we design our own cards, and other components, what artwork can MCO accept?
A. We can accept almost anything from a floppy disk, or a zip disk to camera art to hand drawn copy with instructions.

Q. Can we e-mail artwork to MCO?
A. Yes. We even have a special e-mail address for artwork... be sure to ask for that address and file transfer specifications.

Q. Can MCO personalize the cards?
A. Yes... we not only personalize the cards, but we can personalize all sorts of things such as letters, reply forms, envelopes, etc. We can also match affix cards to personalized documents.

Q. What are MCO's payment terms?
A. Currently our payment terms are net 30 days with approved credit.
